I've got some amazing marmalade at the moment. I lie in bed salivating about it when I should be asleep.

What marmalade is it ? I've an ancient Ivor Cutler diary article (Guardian, I think, maybe early '90s) in which he writes about trying to find the perfect marmalade... I like the sugar-free orange spreads Meridian and Whole Earth do.

Sierra Rica organic Seville orange. Very thick and dark, lots of peel. Plenty of unrefined sugar though I'm afraid.

I bought it for £3.69 in Taj and then found it for £2.something in Infinity. Infuriating. I'm drooling on the keyboard again now.
